Allan McLeod is an actor, writer, and comedian living in Los Angeles. He attended the University of Alabama where he received a B.A. in Theatre and Film. At UA Allan wrote and performed sketch comedy for the Theatre and Dance Department's bi-weekly Guerrila Theatre show. Allan also won the opportunity to study filmmaking under Tom Cherones  (director of Seinfeld, Newsradio) based on a short film he co-wrote.  

Allan began studying at UCB when it opened on the west coast in 2005. He began teaching sketch writing and improv at UCBTLA in 2008. Allan is a proud member of the Harold team Panama, the Improvised Movie team Deep Focus, and the sketch group A Kiss From Daddy. He has appeared in many UCB sketch and improv shows including Facebook (formerly Myspace), Soundtrack, The Back Room, 420 Funny, America's Best Comic, Quick 'n Dirty Musicals, Director's Commentary , Fireball Deluxe presents: Dadquest ,and Freak Dance: The Forbidden Dirty Boogaloo. Allan has studied with Matt Besser, Ian Roberts, Matt Walsh, Andy Daly, Seth Morris and many others. He is also a co-director of the monthly UCB sketch show Sketch Cram and a frequent contributor to UCBcomedy.com and FunnyOrDie.com.

Allan has appeared on Comedy Central's Tosh.0., guest starred on the Starz Channel original series Head Case, and is currently a series regular, as well as a contributing writer, on the new MTV cartoon Popzilla. He has also been in several national commercials.
